Sean Murphy

#32280-037

My name is Sean Murphy; I am serving a 17-year sentence for conspiracy to distribute cocaine. I chose to go to trial because I believed that this Judicial System would never allow the testimony of convicted felons over a "law biding citizen." My entire case was based on testimony from snitches that were promised reduction(s) in their sentences. I am a first time non-violent offender sentenced to seventeen years, under the bias disparity 100 to 1 for crack. "America once known as the land of the free, and the home of the brave"has become the land of the imprisonment, and the home of the enslavement" by wasting tax payer's money, locking it's citizens up with equivocate laws. The war on drugs is a fiasco, it was never designed to stop the drug problem in America, but rather, it was designed to create a "drug war prison population, of which I have become a part." of which I like to call America's silent weapon, quite war.

America has declared war on the very same people, what helped the US become one of the strongest nations on the face of the earth. I am 32 years old, I received a college degree while being in prison, my hobbies are "reading material which deal with real life" and participating in sports events which helps me maintain my physical health, my family has abandon me ("at lease for the moment"). I would like to meet a strong woman, who is spiritually incline an understand the struggle of black men in America.

The truth does not hide, it is sometimes hidden.
