NORML Founder Keith Stroup Retires

On behalf of the November Coalition, we thank Keith Stroup for his leadership, advice and access to NORML members since our founding almost eight years ago. NORML grassroots leaders and community volunteers have supported our members in front of countless jails, prisons and courthouses, streets and community meetings, strengthening our efforts entire.

Keith, it is our hope that you enjoy a long, and effective 'retirement.' Thank you for your years of service for a more humane and effective marijuana law policy, and your steadfast opposition to the general injustice of the war on drugs.

In Struggle, Nora Callahan, Executive Director, November Coalition

We are careful not to duplicate the efforts of other organizations, and as a grassroots coalition of prisoners and social reformers, our resources (time and money) are limited. The vast expertise and scope of the various drug reform organizations will enable you to stay informed on the ever-changing, many-faceted aspects of the movement. Our colleagues in reform also give the latest drug war news. Please check their websites often.
